Dr. Elizabeth Haddon

Dr. Elizabeth Haddon, Ed.D., is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as 2016 Pinnacle Professional of the Year in the field of Publishing.

Elizabeth is a Writer with McCance Books, a new research and publication company. A seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience working with children and families in both educational and counseling settings, Dr. Haddon now devotes her time to writing about learning and communication issues in educational and work environments.

 The author of “Milo-Autistic Warrior,” Elizabeth has worn several hats in the education field. She was a school principal and psychologist and worked in a private practice setting as well. Furthermore, she maintains affiliation with the Florida Writers Association and the National Association of Professional Women, where she was recognized as an NAPW VIP Woman of The Year.

As part of her interest in the learning process, Elizabeth is also a certified dog trainer. She hopes to expand her understanding of communication by studying the relationship between service dogs and their owners. Additionally, she donates her time and charity resources to the ASPCA and various animal shelters.

 

In her spare time, Elizabeth researches Autism, Biotechnology, Biomimicry (including Swarm Intelligence), best Educational Practices, and Learning Theory. Throughout the course of her education and training, Elizabeth graduated from the University of Sarasota with a Doctorate in Education with a focus in Instructional Technology.
