Andrea Arons Huseman, CCIM is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Lifetime Achiever in the field of Commercial Real Estate as a Brokerage and Leasing Specialist at Corporate Realty, Inc.

Representing the firm in over $180,000,000.00 of commercial transactions primarily in the Greater New Orleans area, Andrea’s career in real estate began in 1986. Licensed in the State of Louisiana and as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Mrs. Huseman has experience working with various Fortune 500 companies, Institutional and local Tenants, Owners and Developers from leasing, sales and disposition. She remains involved in the local chapter of Commercial Real Estate for Women ( CREW) and as a past chair and full member of the local council of the Urban Land Institute, and is a current board member of the Commercial Investment Division of NOMAR (the local Real Estate association).  

Andrea received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Education from Newcomb College of Tulane University and continues to take classes in commercial real estate to represent her client with as much knowledge as possible.  

Revered among her peers, Mrs. Huseman is the recipient of many awards including: Ruby Award from the New Orleans Board of Realtors million dollar club in 1988 and 1990 for the highest number of commercial transactions; in 1989, she won the Diamond award for the highest total value of commercial transactions; In 1997, 1998, and 1999, she won the Commercial Investment Division Award for the largest single lease transaction of the year; In 1999 and 2008, she won the award for the largest total overall transaction in the office leasing category; In 2004, she was named one of CityBusiness’ Women of the Year and in 2009, she won the F. Poche Waguespack award for the highest volume in the industry of sales & leases; In 2015 she won the award for the largest office transaction in the office sale category. In her free time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family and friends, sailing, traveling, and cooking and enjoying the New Orleans Landscape, as well as volunteering for various non-profits. Andrea is married to her husband Jeffrey and they have two sons, Alexander and Devon. She dedicates this recognition in loving memory of her mother, Florie Gale Arons, her father, Hubert M. Arons, and her grandmother, Pauline Lemmons Gale as well as her husband and two sons who have given her great support and guidance throughout her career and life.
